Am i safe to be looked after by your staff?

Kincare Health Solutions Ltd will not at any under circumstances provide unsafe care or treatment or be put at risk of harm that could be avoided. Our staff undergoes rigorous recruitment process and are subject to DBS checks. 

What care support do you offer?

We offer a unique combination of premier community home care services to elderly people and supported living services for young adults with learning and minor physical disabilities. A full list of other services we provide are listed under Our Services section. 

Will you look after my pet as part of your care?

We would have loved to look after your pet too, unfortunately our insurance cover does not extend to cover pets. 

Should i be concerned about abuse?

Kincare Health Solutions Ltd is committed to protecting individuals we support from abuse and we are fully aware of the forms of abuse and the balance of power that can be exerted on individuals we support. The company has a host of comprehensive information on safeguarding vulnerable people available that staff may access on the company library and this includes policy and procedures relating to the protection of vulnerable adults.

Are you insured for your services?

Kincare Health Solutions Ltd will be insured by Southport Insurance Brokers Ltd through Premium Credit. 

Are your services regulated?

The Care Inspectorate is the body that is responsible for the monitoring of our services. At Kincare Health Solutions Ltd, we will endeavour to display our Care Inspectorate rating in a place where you can see it, this information will also be included on our website and make Care Inspectorate’s latest report on our service available to you.

Should i be concerned about the skill level of your staff?

We use approved and accredited training providers to train our staff to ensure that the our staff are equipped  with the same set of introductory skills, knowledge and behaviours for compassionate, safe and high-quality care and support skills.

Is my personal information safe with you?

Kincare Health Solutions Ltd and its staff members aim to respect your privacy and dignity at all times. Please speak out or speak to the Managing Director or the Registered Manager if your privacy or dignity is not being respected.

How will i be cared for?

You must have care or treatment that is tailored to you and meets your needs and preferences (person-centred care).

What about if I have a complaint?

Kincare Health Solutions Ltd places a strong emphasis on providing the highest quality service possible for all of its individuals we support based on their individual needs, choices and wishes. Fundamental to achieving this is creating a culture that:

  • Encourages people to give feedback on their experience of services.
  • Is open to receiving complaints.
  • Actively listens to what people have to say.
  • Responds to feedback and complaints in an honest, open and transparent way.
  • Seeks to resolve complaints in a way that is appropriate to the specific needs and wishes of the person making the complaint and the Individual nature and circumstances of the complaint.
  • Treats every concern as an opportunity to improve the quality and safety of our services.
